Despatch Times: We aim to despatch stock items sameday for orders received by 2pm or next working day for those received after. Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item or not have enough to fulfill your order. If delivery time is critical please telephone before ordering and we will give you a firm despatch date. If out of stock we will despatch the items within 5 working days. All items are despatched via an overnight carrier and require a signature on delivery. No exceptions. Items requiring personalisation, bar coding or sequential numbering we aim to despatch within 5 working days providing you return any proofs promptly. We are the manufacturer and will endeavour to meet your delivery timescales whenever possible. Talk to us, if you need an item more urgently than 5 working days please telephone or e-mail us to get a firm despatch date before placing your order.

 

Carriage charges: These start at £6.50 and increase depending on weight. Please note all prices and carriage charges apply to mainland UK only. To calculate the carriage cost put the items you wish to purchase in the cart and press the checkout button, this will give you the full break down of the costs before you commit to purchase. We welcome enquires from offshore UK and overseas but may have to increase carriage costs in order to ship the goods. Please contact us for shipping costs before placing your order.

 

Samples: Please note samples of all the different materials used to produce these labels are available FREE OF CHARGE for you to trial on your particular products/applications.  

Returns: Please use the Free Material Sample Service as we are unable to accept returns because the label is not suitable for your application. In exceptional circumstances (at our discrection) we except returns under the following conditions: goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and via a "signed for" delivery service. A minimum of £10.00 or 25% of the order value (whichever is greater) will be applied to cover the administration, refund and restocking costs. All our products use high quality materials and material samples are readily available, please ask for some samples.
